David Goldman is an associate in the office of
Herzfeld and Rubin, P.C., practicing in the firm’s class action
and litigation groups.
David earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School
of Law in 2012. While in law school, David worked closely with
the Attorney General’s Division of Consumer Affairs,
representing clients in various stages of arbitration
proceedings. David founded a bar examination tutoring company
upon graduating from Seton Hall and passing his bar exam.
David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers
University in 2007. He majored in Criminal Justice and double
minored in Sociology and Jewish Studies. David was a member of
the Rutgers University Judicial Hearing Board for three years
during his tenure at the university.
David is fluent in Hebrew. He is admitted to practice before
the New York and New Jersey state courts. When not advocating on
his clients’ behalf, David enjoys golf, jazz concerts, and
attending gourmet cooking classes.
