Julianne M. Barlizo is an associate in
the New York office of Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., practicing in the
firm’s litigation group. She also has experience in tax and
trusts and estates matters at the firm. Julianne is admitted to
practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Julianne earned her law degree from
the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2012, with a
concentration in corporate law. While attending Cardozo, she was
a staff member of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy and Ethics
Journal. She also participated in Cardozo’s Immigration law
Julianne earned a Bachelor of Arts
degree from New York University in 2004. She majored in
Economics and Psychology and minored in Pre-Business at the
Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Prior to law school,
Julianne worked in a global investment bank, with experience in
the Fixed Income and Equity Operations Risk and Control, and
International Equity trade support divisions.
