Zachary Kuperman is an associate at Herzfeld & Rubin.

Award for his note Cutting the Baby in Half: an Economic
Critique of Indivisible Resource Partition, 77 Brook. L. Rev.
263 (2011). The article criticizes available methods of
partition for being unfair and inefficient, and uses game theory
to propose a new method of partition.
Mr. Kuperman is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and in the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
