Howard Edinburgh has substantial experience in personal injury and product liability litigation, with extensive involvement in automotive product liability, industrial machinery accidents, construction accidents, labor law and health and fitness equipment litigation. He has counseled corporate clients engaged in the manufacture of automobiles, trucks, construction equipment and power presses. Howard has also counseled insurers, religious institutions and government agencies involved in complex insurance coverage issues. He has litigated insurance coverage issues involving disputes between the major casualty and employers’ liability insurers.Howard also has extensive experience litigating jurisdictional issues concerning multi-national corporations.
