Michael Rowan

Michael is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented clients through all phases of litigation in complex negligence matters, toxic torts involving exposure to mold, lead-based paint, and asbestos, products liability matters, class actions, mass torts, contract disputes, intellectual property, and other commercial actions. Those clients conduct business in diverse industries, including real estate/housing, financial services, automotive, transportation, manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, insurance, hospitality, and more. Regardless of the industry or precise nature of the matter, all of Michael’s representations are based on a thorough understanding of a client’s legal and business interests and needs.

Prior to joining Herzfeld + Rubin, Michael was counsel at a national law firm, where he represented a broad array of clients in the defense and prosecution of their most substantial commercial matters in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, and several other jurisdictions.
