Regina Bushkanets focuses her practice on the defense of negligence cases involving complicated legal issues and significant personal injuries in a broad variety of factual situations. Prior cases have involved alleged exposures to mold and other toxic substances, medical conditions such as Legionnaires’ disease and various other aspects of premises liability. She has represented some of the largest property owners in the City of New York. She also has experience defending medical malpractice litigation.
Regina has previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, Office of the Corporation Counsel, where she represented the municipality in general tort litigation.
