Wendy L. Prince is a member of the Board of Directors and the Managing Member of Herzfeld + Rubin. Her vast experience enables her to provide valuable insight and advice regarding litigation strategies, financial exposure and anticipated costs. Working closely with her clients, she develops and executes an aggressive, focused and practical litigation approach to best serve their interests and goals.
Wendy focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. She has represented clients in the defense of high exposure cases in the areas of toxic tort, Legionnaires’ disease, labor law and premises liability. She has also represented clients in real estate litigation, commercial disputes, general tort and insurance litigation.
Wendy is frequently consulted on matters involving significant potential exposure and unique issues that are sensitive in nature. Her collaborative relationships with her clients have produced effective strategies and long term results.
